Meet your photographer
Hey Lovers! I'm Sarah.
Listen. I don't want to just be your photographer. I’m a people person who enjoys making new friends, and I’m an open book when it comes to just about everything. I pride myself on building trustworthy relationships so we can make your wedding day dreams come to life. So, if you, too, are a sucker for love and have a sense of adventure, then I think we are gonna make the best of friends!
Just a midwest girl, ready to explore the world!
(Now that song is stuck in your head)
I was born and raised in Nebraska, smack dab in the middle of the country. I’m a hopeless romantic, which led me to my passion for storytelling elopement photography. Chances are, while you're reading your vows to one another, I'm behind the lens crying happy tears with you.
The first time I picked up a camera was in 2007 and I haven’t looked back since. I got my degree in photography and I am always educating myself on how to improve on my skills as I get older. Through the years, I have come to appreciate the art of storytelling which is why I’m drawn to intimate weddings and elopements. Couples are able to look back at their wedding day and feel that same magic they felt in that moment.
A little Glimpse into our lives
That’s my husband! (He’s quite proud of his mustache).
We met in high school and reconnected in our adult years, only to find out that when we were seniors, he wrote in my yearbook, “Sarah, you might possibly be the love of my life”. Needless to say, he wasn’t wrong. We are big sports fans, especially when it comes to hockey. He shares my love for traveling and with that, our bucket list of places to explore is never ending.
In my adult years, I’ve branched out to explore all the beauty the world has to offer. Some of my favorite places are the PNW and anywhere near the ocean! A fun fact about me, I have never traveled outside of the USA. And with that being said, any of you wanting to have an international elopement…SIGN ME UP! I LOVE visiting new places and learning all about them.
